By registering for in-person or live online training, registrants agree to the following terms.

Cancellation and Refunds

In the event that you must cancel your registration after paying for the course and it is more than 30 business days before the start of the course, we will refund your registration fee less a $2.9% + $0.30 transaction fee charged by Stripe, our transaction provider. Alternately, you may transfer your registration and fee to another course that you are able to attend.

If you would like to cancel your registration for a course within 30 business days of the course, we will happily transfer your registration and fee to a course on another date. We are unable to refund registration fees within 30 business days of the course start date. Courses require a minimum number of attendees, and decisions to move forward with courses are made 30 business days before the start date, which is why we are happy to transfer your registration to another training, but unable to refund the registration fee.

Free Course Workbook and Training Materials

Your workbook and other training materials for the course are provided free of charge, and is not a part of the registration cost. We will provide you with a .pdf our our workbook and other training materials at least two days before the start of the course. Reproduction or distribution of the course workbook to others in any format is strictly prohibited.

In-Person Training

If the minimum number of participants is not reached for in-person training, the course may be cancelled or postponed by the host agency. In the event of a cancellation, Police Grant Writing will notify you as soon as possible and will refund your registration fee in full.
